The Borah mascot has got to be the most fitting mascot for any school. The lion represents its Pride, which Borah has.  The lion pride was something I laughed about when I was a Patriot, but now it has made meaning to me.  The PRIDE actually means something at Borah from the deep rich history of Borah, to their academic studies, and to all the extra-curricular activities, even the Rowdies.  Students at Borah are a community working together to achieve their own greatness, whatever that may be. Borah has one the best sense of culture that can almost be felt upon entering the doors.  I feel the LION PRIDE and hope to keep the pride alive amongst my career.

I am fortunate enough to have found an outstanding and beautiful wife, Jessie that allows me to spend countless hours away from home so I can pursue my interests and share my love, knowledge, and advice with others. We have 2 children, RyLynn and Reed, that look up to the athletes and are growing and learning from their examples.  Jessie and I feel fortunate to have the opportunity for our children to experience this way of life to learn the great attributes that athletics give us.
